Private Drivers Incorporated (“PDI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a directory, networking platform, and optional CRM tools for professional drivers and transportation operators. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
By using the PDI app or website, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
You may provide information voluntarily when creating or managing your account, including:
Name
Email address
Phone number (optional)
Business or personal address (optional)
Driver or company profile details (optional)
Vehicle information (optional)
Insurance documents or images (optional)
Driver and vehicle photos (optional)
Notes you enter into the CRM (optional)
Addresses you manually input into trips or bookings (optional)
None of this is automatically collected; you choose what to enter.
To operate the app, we collect and store the following:
Trip and booking history
Routes or map pins you add manually
Uploaded documents (insurance cards, registration, photos, etc.)
Profiles you choose to make visible in the networking directory
We do not track your real-time location.
We do not collect device data, IP addresses, analytics logs, or crash logs.
Glide, the platform used to host PDI, may collect general app usage analytics. These analytics are not personally identifying and are covered under Glide’s own privacy policy.
We use your information to:
Provide and maintain the app’s features
Display public profile information in the networking directory if you choose to participate
Deliver CRM functionality for your business
Allow admin support and problem resolution
Export bookings to your personal Google Calendar (if you click the export option)
Maintain legal and operational business records
We do not sell or rent your data.
Only PDI administrators can access the full data set inside the data editor for support and maintenance purposes.
Other users may see information you intentionally mark as public in the networking directory, including:
Name
Service area
Contact information
Driver photos
Vehicle photos
Any other profile fields you mark as public
You control what is displayed in your public profile.
We share almost nothing with third parties. The only exception is:
Calendar Export: When you export a booking, the app creates a file that your device sends to your Google Calendar.
No other external services receive your data.
Stripe processes payments for your subscription, but Stripe receives only the data you enter into the Stripe checkout page—not the app.
You are responsible for
Accuracy of insurance information
Accuracy of contact or vehicle information
Legality of any documents you upload
Not posting misleading or inappropriate content
We may remove or disable content that violates our Terms of Service.
We retain data for the necessary period required by U.S. business recordkeeping laws, typically up to 7 years, unless you request deletion sooner and no legal requirement prevents it.
Trip and CRM records may be retained as part of your account history unless you request removal.
You may:
Request deletion of your account
Request deletion of your personal data
Update or correct your information
Disable your public profile at any time

PDI is intended for professional adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data.
However, no system is perfectly secure. Users should exercise caution when uploading sensitive documents.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version.
