Most owner-operators are also first-time business owners who specialize in their craft, not in business administration. Each year such owners waste tens of millions of dollars on marketing campaigns that don't work out, vendors who don't deliver solid work, software that never gets used, new hires that eat companies from the inside, and other "trial and error" learning experiences while pursuing growth and financial success.
Mentorship isn't for people who aren't good enough to do it on their own. It's not an admission of defeat or inadequacy. It's a strategic decision for people who know the cost of figuring it out alone, and would rather own a 7-figure asset in 2-3 years than spend 10-15 years figuring out every solution on their own.
Weekly Rhythm
For just a few hundred dollars a month, we'll set up a weekly cadence to drive your business forward
We'll spend an hour once per week (or at pre-set intervals) to explore your goals, your challenges, and set up an entire week of action steps that you can take to build your business. The following call will be about feedback, what you accomplished, and where your next obstacles are so we can set up the next week seamlessly.
Outside of those planned calls, we'll share a Google Drive folder where we can track progress, store meeting notes, and where you can keep notes on what you need the most help with. I'll check for updates throughout the week and be ready with direction at our next call.
If there are any points you need to have clarified from a call that you forgot to cover on the call and shouldn't wait until the following week, send an email and I'll respond within a day so that you don't have to wait until the following week and wast that time aimlessly.
